Linda has lived in McPherson almost all of her life. She and her husband Don were married in the former Covenant church building at 811 N. Ash in 1967. They are the parents of two grown children, Jason (married to Stacey) and Lindsay (married to Gene Wilson). In 1981 she began her employment at Countryside Covenant Church as a part time secretary to the senior pastor. Over the years her job has evolved into a full time position as Church Administrator where she helps maintain the church’s website, handles the accounts payable, creates bulletins, newsletters and other publications, meets with those making requests of the church’s benevolent fund, and coordinates the church calendar. She is also a member of the finance team, facilitates a women’s Bible study and serves as coordinator of the women ministries team.
Vision for Position: It’s my desire that every person who contacts our church office whether in person or by phone feels the love of Jesus Christ. Often times in our human nature, we see people as interruptions but I like to believe they are divine appointments!
Hobbies & Interests: Reading, studying God’s Word, paper crafting, cooking, swimming, walking

Favorites: Chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, interacting with my four granddaughters or watching them participate in sporting events.
