Connor has a Bachelor of Music: Music in Worship degree from North Park University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global Campus. He has an emphasis in contemporary vocal performance, and still has studied with vocal coach Dr. Chadley Ballentyne since 2015. He has served as a worship leader in many differnet churches and Christian organizations since 2012, including for the Navigators Campus Ministry at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University Ministries at North Park University, 360 Life Covenant Church in Omaha, Nebraska, and Redeemer Church in Park Ridge, Illinois. He has served as the Worship Arts Director at Countryside Covenant Church since June 2017.
