Kelly has lived in the McPherson area most of her life. She worked in dentistry for 18 years and had a cleaning business the past two years. She has always had a passion to serve children and to lead them to know Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him. She has served in many ways over the past 12 years, but has been involved in Youth Ministry at Countryside for the past two and a half years. After attending her first ever CHIC Conference, she knew God was calling her deeper.
She and her husband Matt have been married six years and together they have five children: Clayton and his wife Amber Morrow, Fort Collins, CO; Alena and her husband Scott Hunter and granddaughter, Eloise of Olathe, KS; Gavin Soukup, a US Marine at Camp Pendleton, CA; Ally and Aislyn Soukup. She treaures the times when we can all be together!!
Vision:
It is my desire to lead the students to continue to develop a deep, personal relationship with their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As they maneuver through the teen years, I want to help them to be authentic and make wise moral and ethical choices and to lead those around them to do the same and that their faith would stand firm in a world of temptations and distractions. Along with the other leaders, we hope to develop lasting relationships with the students that will then impact their lives and the Kingdom of Heaven.
