Connor Gibson, Worship Arts Director
Bio: Jesus and music have been a part of Connor’s life as long as he can remember. His earliest memories revolve around Sunday morning worship, where the Spirit of Christ continually poured into him through the times of praise and worship. He can remember the moment he asked his mom to sign him up for piano lessons at age 6, saying “I want to be like our worship leader!” Oh how the Spirit moves and leads even the youngest of hearts! The Lord has continued to grow him with talent and grace into the servant He desires. May the Lord alone be glorified!
Connor graduated in May of 2017 from North Park University with a Bachelor of Music in Music in Worship degree. He has studied piano under Stephen Kelly and Dr. Thomas Jefferson, guitar under Bobby Broom and Anders Nordstrom, and voice under Dr. Chadley Ballentyne and Lorian Schwaber. He has served as a worship leader for the Navigators Campus Ministry at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University Ministries at North Park University, 360 Life Church in Omaha, Nebraska, and Redeemer Church in Park Ridge, Illinois. He currently serves as the Worship Arts Director at Countryside Covenant Church.

We are committed to growing in the grace and truth of Jesus, being good stewards of what God has given us by utilizing and growing the gifts and talents the Lord has given to us, humbly providing spaces through our creativity for our brothers and sisters to worship God, and reaching out to our community and other artists with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
